Shawna helps individuals experiencing challenging emotions and stressors, pull apart the layers of their situations to find greater understanding, stability, peace and balance.


Our mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing are all interconnected. For example, when we experience symptoms of low mood, anxiety, and agitation…our bodies can show related symptoms such as fatigue, restlessness, lethargy, mind fog and insomnia.Over time, stress and emotional turmoil can cause greater breakdown of our bodies, minds and spirits, leading to decreased vitality and joy in life.


With our work together, you will learn lifelong tools to become more aware of your mental states and work more effctively with thoughts, emotions and situations. Awareness and effective coping strategies will help lower feelings of stress, overwhelm, low moods, and other challenging emotions.


Together, we will work through current life stressors to bring about more peace, balance and contentment. Self-esteem, confidence and self-love will also be rejuvenated.

  • Core Belief Work – uncovering limiting and harmful beliefs that we’ve adopted and lived with since childhood. Realize what beliefs are holding you back and causing you to act in certain ways
  • Self-Esteem and Confidence Work 
  • Enneagram Personality Theory – to discover your core personality type (9 different types) and learn how to best work with who you naturally are – clients find this brings a high level of clarity and understanding regarding their behaviors and thought patterns
  • Concepts of Spirituality and Energy Systems – mind-body connection, chakras, ego (how the ego negatively controls your mind with thoughts of lacking and fear)
