Join me for a full day woman’s self-development retreat on stepping into your empowered self!
This day retreat is for any woman seeking to develop practices that helps them connect with greater inner strength & empowerment within.
EMPOWERMENT = the process of becoming emotionally stronger and more confident within oneself + finding personal power and autonomy in guiding the direction of one's life
We'll explore what keeps us from feeling empowered and then move into practices & teachings that help to ground and center ourselves and develop inner strength & empowerment within. Finding greater empowerment has been so pivotal on my own path of healing and growth.
This day retreat includes meditation exercises, breathwork, journaling & reflection, gentle movement + group teachings and group discussion.

*Note - Please eat a substantial breakfast prior to attending. Light snacks will be served throughout the day, and an hour long lunch break will be allotted.
