What are essential oils?

Essential oils are aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. Plants have been used for years as medicine and healing agents. The healing properties of these different plants can be found in the esential oil form of these natural medicines. 

What is aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is the therapeutic technique of using essential oils through inhalation often through a diffuser. The benefits of essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin by diluting and applying them on your body and some are safe to ingest. 

How does aromatherapy work?

The molecules in essential oils enter your system through small receptors in your nose or through the skin. They then enter blood vessels, get circulated throughout the body and communicate with your cells in different ways. On an emotional level, essential oils have been shown to work by positively affect the nervous system and the limbic system of the brain (center of emotions).

  1. Register by clicking the Eventbrite link. There is a free ticket option and a paid ticket option ($10) for those that want a class packet mailed out with resources and samples. This fee helps to cover the shipping of the class packet. 

  2. Fill out the survey HERE. Copy the survey monkey link to your browser or find it in the Eventbrite email. You can choose one class or all the upcoming classes when filling out the survey. *** Be sure to include your address in this survey if you would like a class packet mailed out.

  3. Watch & learn about plant medicine and ways to live more naturally.

  • Friday March 27th at 1:00pm.

2. Essential Oils for Stress, Mood & Emotions - Learn tips, healthy habits & recipes to help manage different moods & emotions. Learn how to shift stress, anxiety & fear to a joyful, peaceful & a healthy life. ️

  • Monday March 30th at 7:30pm.

3. Natural Cleaning Made Easy- Learn simple ways to detoxify our home & life. Learn tips & natural recipes on how to clean with effective non-toxic options.

4. Essential Oils for Babies, Kids & Families - Learn how to make over your medicine cabinet with a variety of natural options that help with common ailments for babies, children & families. Learn how to safely use essential oils & come away with helpful recipes & remedies to start making for all ages.

**If you register after March 23 and would still like samples, no problem - register through Eventbrite, complete the survey and we'll get them sent!
