Hi There! I'm Shawna.
A MENTAL HEALTH NURSE, MEDITATION TEACHER & HEALING + GROWTH COACH
...with a small obsession with entrepreneurship.
7 years ago, I was a full-time nurse...
until 1 year into the job I looked around and thought "no way am I doing this forever"...
Plus, I had bigger dreams that were deep within my heart and I knew I could serve people more powerfully in my own ways.
By following the nudges and taking strategic action, I've shifted dreams into reality by replacing my full-time nursing career with full-time entrepreneurship in the health & wellness field!
I created a 5-star online coaching program that's now been running for 2 1/2 years, with additional joy & abundance coming from leading workshops, classes & community retreats.
But it hasn't involved a game of guessing. Over the past 7 years, I've invested and worked with leading entrepreneurial experts in course creation, email marketing, social media marketing & brand building.
I go into the hospital now, on my own terms...to say hi to co-workers and to see if the coffee has changed.
