Join us for a fun, waterfront summer girls getaway and learn how to shine your light within <3
A beautiful 5 bedroom retreat home, right on the water (Lake Erie) in Fort Erie (South Niagara) - see pictures below!
Arrive between 6-7pm on Friday July 17th 2020, and depart by 2pm on Sunday July 19th (public beaches and walking trails nearby if wanting to extend your getaway). We'll be serving cheese board and finger foods Friday evening, but recommended to eat dinner prior to arrival if wanting a more satiating meal.
This retreat is led by mental health nurse, women's coach & meditation teacher, Shawna Thibodeau and health coach & yoga teacher, Diana McDonnell, and will be a small group size for a more connected, intimate experience.
What it includes:
2 nights accommodation
3 yoga practices (on the waterfront patio, weather permitting) - beginners welcome!
2 guided meditation circles
1 transformative breathwork practice
Daily group coaching circles for reflection, self-connection & clarity
Therapeutic talk & exercises on connecting to purpose & shining your light within
Waterside Mindful nature activity
Sacred Fire burning ceremony outdoors by the water (weather permitting)
Aromatherapy roller bottle (yours to keep!)
Downtime for personal rest and relaxation - bring your swimsuit, towel and sunglasses!
1 lunch and 1 dinner (saturday) - please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions

Absolutely! YES YES YES! Going to a retreat alone can be extremely powerful and transformative. Another big YES! We welcome women of all levels and complete beginners too! Retreats are a great place to learn or to solidify established practices and routines.

Yes, once you reserve your spot, a Retreat information email will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the retreat.
"What if I have dietary restrictions?"
