Join us for an end of May girls getaway to light the fire within for the start of summer!

WHERE?

A beautiful 5 bedroom retreat home, right on the water (Lake Erie) in Fort Erie (South Niagara) - see pictures below!

WHEN?

Arrive between 6-7pm on Friday May 29th 2020, and depart by 11am on Sunday May 31st. 

Note - we will be serving cheese board and finger foods Friday evening, but recommended to eat dinner prior to arrival if wanting a more satiating meal. 

WHO?

This retreat is led by mental health nurse, women's coach & meditation teacher, Shawna Thibodeau and health coach & yoga teacher, Diana McDonnell, and will be a small group size for a more connected, intimate experience.

 

What it includes:

  • 2 nights accommodation 

  • 3 yoga practices (solar plexus centred, invigorating and nighttime restorative flow) - beginners welcome! 

  • 2 guided meditation circles

  • 1 transformative breathwork practice

  • Daily group coaching circles for reflection, journaling and connection

  • Therapeutic talk & exercises on activating your fire, passion and purpose within

  • Waterfront Mindful nature activity

  • Sacred Fire burning ceremony outdoors by the water (weather permitting)

  • Energizing aromatherapy roller bottle (yours to keep!)

  • Downtime for personal rest and relaxation

  • 1 lunch and 1 dinner (saturday) - please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions 

  • 2 fresh smoothie on Saturday & Sunday

  • 2 nourishing breakfasts

"I'm thinking about coming alone...is this ok?"

Absolutely! YES YES YES! Going to a retreat alone can be extremely powerful and transformative. Common feedback we also receive is the welcoming, safe and connected vibe we create and the relationships you create on retreats sometimes turn in to lifelong friends. 50% of past attendees have come on their own.

 

"I'm not too experienced in yoga & meditation...is this ok?"

Another big YES! We welcome women of all levels and complete beginners too! Retreats are a great place to learn or to solidify established practices and routines. 

 

 

"Is there a what-to-bring list?"

Yes, once you reserve your spot, a Retreat information email will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the retreat.

 

"What if I have dietary restrictions?"
