Meditation Classes

The second Wednesday of every month, I offer a standard guided mindfulness meditation class. 

 

This is a 30-35 minute guided meditation with a reflection exercise that follows.

Beginners welcome - no experience required!

 

Note: Wednesday classes start Feb 2020 - we're currently finishing Tues classes until end of Jan

Time: 7:30-8:30pm

Price: $15

What to Bring: A small pillow or meditation cushion, wear comfy clothing with warm layers

Optional - a journal & pen, a yoga mat (for extra cushioning/padding), an eye mask
