Join us for a 2-Night, Women's Yoga & Meditation retreat October 2021!
A beautiful 5 bedroom retreat home, right on the water (Lake Erie) in Fort Erie (South Niagara) - see pictures below!
Arrive anytime after 5pm on Friday October 1st, and depart at noon on Sunday October 3rd. Programming starts at 7PM Friday September 17th.
*Note - Dinner will not be served Friday night - please eat prior to arrival.
This retreat is led by mental health nurse, women's coach & meditation teacher, Shawna Thibodeau and yoga teacher, Meredith Lichty. It will be a small group size for a more connected, intimate experience and so you can fully enjoy the beautiful home and property.
What it includes:
2 nights accommodation - all rooms are waterview!
3 lakeview yoga practices (no experience needed, beginners welcome).
3 guided meditation circles
Daily group coaching circles for inner reflection, journaling, connection & healing
Waterfront mindful nature activity
Sacred fire burning ceremony (indoors)
Evening circle chats/hangouts beside the indoor fireplace
Lakeside downtime for personal rest and relaxation
2 nourishing breakfasts
2 fresh smoothies on Saturday & Sunday
1 lunch and 1 dinner (saturday) - please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions

Absolutely! YES YES YES! Going to a retreat alone can be extremely powerful and transformative. Common feedback we also receive is the welcoming, safe and connected vibe we create and the relationships you create on retreats sometimes turn in to lifelong friends. 50% of past attendees have come on their own.
"I'm not too experienced in yoga & meditation...is this ok?"
Another big YES! We welcome women of all levels and complete beginners too! Retreats are a great place to learn or to solidify established practices and routines.
"Is there a what-to-bring list?"
Yes, once you reserve your spot, a Retreat information email will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the retreat.
"What if I have dietary restrictions?"
Most of the food and meals are gluten free with vegetarian and vegan options. Send an email to if you have other requests to see if we can accommodate.
