WHAT'S A MEDITATION CIRCLE? 

  • These sessions serve as a safe, inspiring and fun space for women to ground, connect inwards and connect with other like-minded women.

 

 

WHAT DO WE DO?

  • You will be guided through a 1 hour practice that includes meditation, journaling, reflecting, and a fun group activity.

 

WHAT'S THE POINT?

 

  • The purpose of these sessions is to carve out self-care time that involves tuning in, reflecting, releasing stress, and doing practices that empower, strengthen and bring peace to your mind, body and soul.  

 

WHAT DO I BRING?

  • Please have beside you, a journal & pen and you can sit on a pillow or meditation cushion. Comfy, non-restrictive clothing is best.
