You will be guided through a 1 hour practice that includes meditation, journaling, reflecting, and a fun group activity.
WHAT'S THE POINT?
The purpose of these sessions is to carve out self-care time that involves tuning in, reflecting, releasing stress, and doing practices that empower, strengthen and bring peace to your mind, body and soul.
WHAT DO I BRING?
Please have beside you, a journal & pen and you can sit on a pillow or meditation cushion. Comfy, non-restrictive clothing is best.
