WHAT DO WE DO?
You will be guided through a 1.5-hour practice that includes meditation, journaling, reflecting, a group activity and sharing.
WHAT'S THE POINT?
The purpose of these sessions is to carve out self-care time that involves tuning in, reflecting, releasing stress, and doing practices that empower, strengthen and bring peace to your mind, body and soul. It's also a great way to connect with like-minded women, hear their stories and inspiring insights and make new friends.
WHAT DO I BRING?
Please bring a journal & pen, a blanket and a water bottle. Comfy, non-restrictive clothing is best.
