Join meditation teacher & psychospiritual coach, Shawna Thibodeau, for a half-day online retreat on connecting back to peace through the practices of meditation, discussions on consciousness, and application-based frameworks such as inner child work.

 

This half-day retreat is for any woman seeking self-care time and looking to explore practices that helps them connect to their true nature - peace, love and happiness.

 

The practices explored throughout the session will also assist with stress reduction, patterns of negative thinking and working with challenging emotions. 

 

Throughout the session we'll explore what keeps us from feeling peace within and then move into practices & teachings that help to connect us back to peace and help us more clearly understand the workings of the mind. 

This half-day online retreat includes meditation exercises, group teachings and journaling + reflection.

Leave with a toolbox of skills and practices you can use for returning to inner peace at any time. 

Flow of this online session:​

  • Welcome & Intention Setting

  • Teaching Session - What Keeps Us from Feeling Peace Within: Exploring the Nature of Consciousness and the Mind + 3 Patterns of Mind and Thought that creates stress, suffering and dissatisfaction 

  • Teaching Session - Understanding 3 Types of Meditation, How They Transform the Mind + Discussion on the Differences of each style and how each style can benefit us

  • Break

  • Practice: Guided Breath Meditation Session (20 minutes) + Reflection

  • Practice: Guided Meditation for Healing (10 minutes) + Reflection

  • Teaching & Practice Session - Understanding Co-Creative Manifestation/Co-Creative Prayer for Stress Reduction and Finding Clarity

  • Break 

  • Teaching & Practice Session - Working With the Ego Mind & Practicing Inner Child Work to Bring Us Back to Peace

  • Practice: Befriending It All Guided Meditation Session (15 minutes) + Reflection

  • Reflection & Closing circle

Shawna Thibodeau is a meditation, breathwork & yoga teacher + psychospiritual coach. Shawna has been a meditation teacher and teacher of inner work for over 10 years. As a previous mental health nurse, and having transformed her own life through inner work and holistic practices, she is passionate about helping others improve their mental, emotional and spiritual health, as well as their life through a psychospiritual lens (psychology and spirituality combined). She has led over 50 retreats and teaches internationally including Canada, United States, Costa Rica, Portugal and Italy.
