Hi, I'm Shawna. 


For many years, I struggled with depression, anxiety, lack of self-love and low self-esteem. My thoughts were always negative, self-critical, stressed or anxious.

Deep down, I didn't like myself. I was anxious and uncomfortable living as myself, I had no grounded-ness or inner peace and I sought out pleasure and love through food, alcohol, men or any other distraction that filled the void within.

All this brought out a general irritability towards life, causing me to feel lost, sad and depressed.

One day I finally had enough of how I was feeling and the thoughts I was thinking within my mind.

I made a pact to make healing a priority.

Over the next 10 years, I embarked on a healing journey that led me to amazing places, connected me with the most fascinating people and taught me the most worthwhile skills and concepts one can know.

I now dedicate my life to teaching others these concepts, practices and skills to help others heal, grow and shift their lives, just like I did.


Self-love + inner child work and EFT tapping (emotional freedom technique) have been CRUCIAL in my healing journey.

These skills helped me understand my past wounds and how they affected my present-day thought patterns, beliefs, and reactions...


They've helped me work with challenging emotions in a healthy way...


and they've helped me break out of unhealthy thought patterns and behaviours and step into thoughts, beliefs and choices that SERVE me.
