Taught by Shawna Thibodeau and Diana McDonnell, Reiki & Restore is a relaxing and rejuvenating combined class of meditation, restorative yoga, Thai massage and reiki healing.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
You will be guided through a 1.5-hour practice starting with journaling, a guided meditation and breathwork to help calm the body and mind. It then flows into half sun salutations and restorative yoga poses. During the poses you will receive some peaceful Thai massage and reiki (to your comfort level). The practice ends with a longer time in savasana to allow for additional reiki healing.
No experience required! After the class, you have the option to make and take home an essential oil therapeutic spray or roller bottle for $10.
WHAT DO I BRING?
Please bring a yoga mat, journal & pen, a blanket and a water bottle. Comfy, non-restrictive clothing is best.
